1. Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Write SQL queries to extract, retrieve, and manipulate data from databases.
- Perform data validation, data cleaning, and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and business teams.
- Identify data discrepancies and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
- Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Support business decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Technical Skills
- Advanced MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, formulas.
- SQL – Joins, Subqueries, Group By, Aggregate Functions.
- Power BI – Dashboard Creation, Data Modelling, DAX.
- Tableau – Data Visualization (added advantage).
- Python – Pandas, NumPy (preferred).
- Knowledge of data cleaning, data transformation, and data validation.
- Understanding of databases and data management.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and analytical concepts.
