Data Analytics and CRM (AI/ML, Retail Banking)

Salary: $40,000 – $55,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics professional with a strong AI/ML background to join the Data, Analytics & CRM team of a major financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define AI product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams (data scientists, AI engineers, UX)

• Develop Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and support rapid prototypes / PoCs

• Analyse large structured and unstructured datasets to deliver actionable insights

• Apply machine learning, predictive modelling, LLMs, NLP and RAG techniques

• Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, including design, validation and performance tracking

• Set and monitor KPIs (model accuracy, ROI, adoption) to scale successful solutions

• Collaborate with business, operations and technology teams to implement solutions

• Deliver high-quality outputs on time in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field

• At least 5 years’ experience in data analytics, product management or technical roles (preferably in banking/fintech)

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques, LLMs, NLP, RAG and vector databases

• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL/BigQuery, Tableau or QlikSense

• Experience working on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Figma is an advantage

• Experience in risk domains (Fraud, Collections, Underwriting, KYC) preferred

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and storytelling skills

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work across business and technical teams
