Data Analytics Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Establish consultative relationships with key business stakeholders, proactively identifying and addressing BI needs to meet business goals, along with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provide support to convert ideas and business needs into meaningful report/dashboard designs and data requirements.
• Lead engagement with users helping them data related decisioning and adoption of tools
• Produces first drafts of solutions/approaches with minimal guidance - data, queries, KPIs, QC, story and recommendations.
• Lead individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables using AGILE methodologies
• Implement designs in Azure, Databricks and ADF, Data Lakehouse architecture. PowerBI keeping in view Data Quality, Metadata and Data Governance aspects of solution design

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: BTech, MBA Tier 2 institutes
• Experience: At least 6+ Years of experience in Chemical, Pharma, FMCG industries
• Specific skills:
• Business KPI understanding and Balanced Scorecards
• 3-5 years of PowerBI data visualization experience including advanced experience in DAX formula development, Copilot functionality, Power Automate, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of Database SQL, performance tuning, data modeling
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Go Getter and willing to grow with the organization
