In this Analytics Engineer I role within Data Enablement, you will help maintain and govern Glovo’s core data tools (notably Looker) and advance data governance. You’ll automate data processes with AI and workflow tools, monitor cloud usage, and improve self-serve data support for the broader organization. You will mentor interns and collaborate with senior Data Engineers and stakeholders to deliver trusted data solutions that empower cross-functional teams. This role offers growth into AI-enabled data initiatives while reinforcing robust engineering practices.

• Maintain and govern core data tools (Looker) and enforce governance standards across the company
• Automate manual data processes using LLMs, n8n, Make, and API/MCP connections
• Monitor GCP infrastructure usage and costs; help define governance around cloud resources
• Advance Looker towards conversational analytics for non-technical users
• Enhance Data Support self-serve experience to reduce ticket-based questions
• Identify and propose improvements to data consumption and support
• Mentor and delegate tasks to 3 interns, providing feedback and growth opportunities

Responsabilidades
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, BI, or similar roles
• Strong SQL with ability to write, debug, and optimise queries
• Working proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
• Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative engineering practices
• Practical experience xqbhyrx leveraging LLMs and automation tools (n8n, Make, APIs)
• Ambitious, independent, owning well-scoped tasks with growth toward end-to-end ownership
• English proficiency with strong ability to explain technical topics
