We don't just move the world forward-we're proud to be recognized as a Great Place to Work® by 79% of our employees and certified in most of our growing locations. Here, we feel empowered, supported, and inspired to grow. Are you ready to love your job? The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA. About the Role Help us build the brain of SITA’s selling machine — turning data into decisions. This is a 12-month fixed-term graduate role at the center of our Global Sales Operations analytics work. Your headline mission: contribute to building next-generation Advanced Analytics capabilities — machine learning, predictive analytics, and smarter ways of forecasting and understanding our commercial performance. You won’t just consume data— you’ll help building insights and recommendations, and the data foundations beneath them. You’ll work alongside experienced analysts and engineers on real problems: how do we predict how our pipeline will land? Where is revenue really coming from? How do we automate the manual, and scale what works? Along the way you’ll get hands-on with modern data and analytics tools, and you’ll be encouraged to code, experiment, and let AI do the heavy lifting. This is a learning-by-doing role designed for someone at the start of their career who wants variety, visibility, and genuine technical exposure. It’s a foundation year — do it well, and it opens doors into analytics, data, and Sales Operations careers. What You’ll Actually Do Build, don’t just view. Support the design and development of our next-generation BI platform — data models, semantic layers, dashboards, and reports that people across the business rely on. Get into advanced analytics. Contribute to machine learning and predictive analytics work — from preparing and exploring data to helping test models that forecast pipeline, conversion, and revenue. Turn data into business answers. Every analysis exists to answer a commercial question. You’ll learn to connect the numbers to what drives performance and to explain what your findings mean. Automate and scale. Spot the manual, repetitive, and fragile — then help replace it with something automated, robust, and scalable. Quick fixes have a shelf life; you’ll help build things that last. Code where it counts. Use SQL, Python, or DAX (and AI copilots) to wrangle data, build logic, and solve problems. You don’t need to be a software engineer — but a terminal window shouldn’t make you nervous. Work the agile way. Join the team’s sprints, stand-ups, and backlog. Deliver value early, iterate fast, and get comfortable working in short, focused cycles rather than waiting for perfection. Qualifications Who You Are We’re not looking for a finished expert. We’re looking for someone with the right wiring — someone who’ll grow fast because they genuinely want to: You’re analytically strong. You’re comfortable with data and numbers, and you enjoy digging into a dataset to find the story it’s telling. Data analytics is where you’re at your best. You have a business mindset. You don’t analyze for the sake of it. You think about impact, commercial context, and where your work moves the needle. You work in an agile way. You’re happy to iterate, adapt, and deliver in increments. Changing priorities energize you rather than throw you. You’re not afraid of code. You are familiar with and can write SQL, Python, or similar. Technical concepts attract you, not intimidate you. AI is your friend. You treat AI as a power tool for getting more done, and you’re curious about how to apply it to real analytics and reporting problems. You’re keen on automation and scalability. You instinctively ask, “could this run itself?” and “would this still work at ten times the size?” You’re structured and systematic. You bring order to messy data and problems. Documentation, clean logic, and attention to detail aren’t chores — they’re how you build things that others can trust. You’re willing to learn and a team player. You ask good questions, share what you learn, and understand that the team’s success is your success. A degree in a quantitative, analytical, or business field — statistics, econometrics, data science, engineering, economics, or similar — is a strong fit and a bog plus. Fluent English is required. Knowledge of advanced analytics tools or machine learning is a real plus, but curiosity, aptitude, and a builder’s mindset matter most. What You Get A 12-month fixed-term contract designed as a genuine launchpad — not a placeholder. You’ll do real work, build real skills, and set yourself up for what comes next. Here’s what’s on the table: Flex Week. Work from home up to 2 days a week. Flex Day. Structure your workday around your life, not the other way around. Flex-Location. Up to 30 days a year working from anywhere in the world. Learning & growth. LinkedIn Learning, Pluralsight, Harvard Business Publishing, Stanford programs, Microsoft’s Enterprise Skills Initiative, and more — all available from day one. Your development plan is a real thing here, not a checkbox. Employee wellbeing. 24/7 Employee Assistance Program for you and your family, plus Champion Health for personalized wellbeing support. Competitive benefits. Tailored to your local market and employment status. SITA is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We value a diverse workforce. In support of our Employment Equity Program, we encourage women, aboriginal people, members of visible minorities, and/or persons with disabilities to apply and self-identify in the application process.
