As a Data & Analytics Intern within our Talent Acquisition function, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable analytical and business intelligence skills while supporting key recruitment and preboarding activities. Working closely with global stakeholders, you will help transform data into actionable insights that improve decision-making, drive operational excellence, and enhance the candidate experience.
This internship offers exposure to reporting, data visualization, HR analytics, process improvement initiatives, and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and automation. It is an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic, global business environment.
As a Data & Analytics Intern – Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the development and maintenance of recruitment and preboarding metrics, dashboards, and reports.
Extracting, analysing, validating, and interpreting data from HR systems and reporting tools.
Identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Creating data visualisations and management presentations that communicate insights effectively.
Supporting data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy initiatives.
Participating in HR transformation and continuous improvement projects.
Exploring opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, automation, and digital technologies to enhance reporting and operational effectiveness.
Collaborating with Talent Acquisition stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
To be successful in this role you will:
Be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Have working knowledge of Python and SQL.
Have exposure to data analysis, reporting, and visualisation tools.
Show a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
Possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be able to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a global environment.
Demonstrate a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach.

Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Data visualisation and dashboard development
Understanding of data structures and algorithms
AI and Machine Learning fundamentals
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

This is a 6-month fixed-term internship contract with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
Part-time internship of up to 30 hours per week.
Based in Hungary.
Applicants must have valid authorisation to work in Hungary.
