Data Analytics Lead — Health (Singapore)

Summary

Lead analytics for a health-tech business, shaping data products that turn complex health data into measurable value while managing a team of data scientists and engineers.

A high-growth health-technology business operating across insurance, wellness and digital health is looking for a Data & Analytics leader to shape and scale its analytics offering.

This is a role for someone who blends deep analytical expertise with product thinking. You'll set the analytical direction for a portfolio of health-data products, lead a team of data scientists and engineers, and work hand-in-hand with product, commercial and operations teams to turn complex health data into offerings that create real, measurable value.

What you'll do

  • Define the analytical vision and roadmap for a suite of health-data products, balancing client value against build complexity and feasibility
  • Lead the design and ongoing evolution of the underlying analytical architecture and product specifications
  • Guide and grow a team of data scientists and engineers, including distributed regional members
  • Partner across product, engineering, commercial and governance functions to deliver end-to-end, from concept through launch and iteration
  • Champion strong data governance, quality and responsible-AI practices
  • Communicate with clarity to audiences ranging from technical teams to senior leadership

What we're looking for

  • A track record building analytics products with large, complex datasets in cloud environments; healthcare, insurance or population-health exposure is a strong plus
  • Experience owning the full product lifecycle, from idea to delivery and maintenance
  • People-leadership experience, ideally across distributed teams
  • Comfort with modern AI approaches and unstructured data (text, images, sensor/wearable data)
  • A quantitative degree (statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, computer science or a health-related field); postgraduate study welcome
  • An agile, problem-solving mindset with a bias for continuous improvement
