Data Analytics Lead – Power BI

DATA ANALYTICS LEAD – POWER BI

An international company is looking for a Data Analytics Lead with advanced hands-on Power BI experience to develop scalable dashboards, reports, KPIs, and Business Intelligence solutions.

This position will collaborate with IT, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and corporate teams in the United States to transform business requirements into actionable insights.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, visualizations, and KPI scorecards in Power BI.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Connect, transform, model, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Develop dimensional and semantic data models.
• Automate Business Intelligence reports and processes.
• Manage Power BI Service, workspaces, access, governance, and security.
• Troubleshoot report performance and data integrity issues.
• Document data sources, metrics, and KPI calculations.
• Train users and provide support for Power BI solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence and analytics reporting.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, SQL, and dimensional data modeling.
• Experience developing scalable and complex BI solutions.
• Ability to gather requirements and collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Advanced English proficiency for professional communication with US and corporate teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Power Platform or Tableau.
