Data Analytics Manager
About the role
As our Data Analyst Lead, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy. You will lead a team of data analysts, establish data analytics best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights.
This role requires a balance of strong technical expertise, mentorship abilities and excellent commercial acumen.
Key responsibilities
Mentor, coach, and guide a team of data analysts, fostering continuous professional development
Oversee the end-to-end analytics lifecycle from initial problem definition to final data delivery
Build complex SQL queries and advanced dashboards to uncover business optimization trends
Translate complex data findings into clear, strategic recommendations for non-technical executives
Standardize analytics workflows, documentation, metrics definitions, and visualization templates
Review code, dashboards, and machine learning models
Review workflow and continuously automate the team's processes as necessary
About you
Degree in Data Analytics or relevant discipline
5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering
Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience leading or mentoring junior analyst
