We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead a team of data professionals in delivering high-impact analytics and reporting solutions. This role combines people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and data advisory responsibilities while driving data-driven decision-making across large-scale business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5-6 Data Analysts, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.

• Establish and continuously improve enterprise data analytics and reporting frameworks.

• Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.

• Drive data-driven decision-making by translating complex data into actionable business insights.

• Lead data reporting initiatives for large organizations, regulated environments, or public-sector related projects.

• Manage stakeholder communications and ensure successful delivery of analytics solutions.

• Support organizational transformation and change initiatives through analytics and reporting.

• Oversee dashboard, KPI, and management reporting development.

• Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting consistency across projects.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Reporting, or related fields.

• Strong domain knowledge in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.

• Proven experience leading and developing analytics teams.

• Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders and client relationships.

• Experience supporting government, public-sector, regulated, or large enterprise reporting environments is highly preferred.

• Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to present insights to business leaders.

• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Azure, ETL, or data platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
