Job Descriptions:

1. Develop predictive models for credit risk, collections, fraud detection, and other business needs in the financial industry.

2. Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of predictive model development, including validation, deployment, and maintenance.

3. Engineer predictive features from existing data to enhance customer profiles and identify external data assets to incorporate into models.

4. Conceptualize and design analytical model frameworks to address business problems.

5. Possess strong communication skills to share insights, lead strategic initiatives, and secure stakeholder buy-in for the analytics roadmap.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering).

2. At least 4 years of hands-on experience in developing, evaluating, and monitoring machine learning models for collection risk or consumer credit scoring in financial products.

3. A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.

4. Strong understanding of mathematics and statistics.

5. In-depth knowledge of machine learning concepts, such as Bagging, Boosting, and Recommendation Engines.

6. Expertise in creating features from various data types.

7. Professional experience in developing machine learning analytics models.

8. Ability to balance model performance with business needs.

9. Demonstrated ability to develop data science solutions to business problems.

10. Proven capability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and understand business needs.

11. Experience in multiple domains (e.g., Risk Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Fraud Analytics) is a plus.
