DATA ANALYTICS SPECIALIST
Summary
A data analytics specialist for the City Government of Muntinlupa who spends most of the day building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and KPI reports, automating workflows in Smartsheet (including its API), documenting business processes for data-driven improvements, and training end users.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Power BI Dashboard Development (40%)
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) required by stakeholders.
Smartsheet Automation (30%)
Utilize Smartsheet formulas, reports, and integrations (including potentially using the Smartsheet API) to automate workflows, streamline data collection, and enhance collaboration.
Process and Workflow Analysis and Documentation (20%)
Assist in documenting and analyzing existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and translate those needs into effective analytics solutions.
Training (10%)
Lead orientation training of developed automations to users.
Provide support to end-users.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Smartsheet and Power BI
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow optimization
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to translate complex data insights into clear recommendations
