Data Analytics Specialist (Web Analytics & Conversion Optimization)

As a Data Analytics Specialist (Web Analytics & Conversion Optimization), you will play a critical role in driving business growth by transforming data into actionable insights that enhance user experience, optimize digital performance, and improve conversion outcomes. You'll collaborate with a high-performing team of marketing, product, and technology professionals in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment where your expertise will have a direct and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing, website, and product performance using GA4, GTM, SQL, and product analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing and product KPIs, customer journeys, conversion funnels, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau to support business and executive decision-making.
  • Lead A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives, evaluating results and recommending improvements.
  • Implement, validate, and maintain event tracking, conversion tracking, and analytics frameworks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and leadership teams to translate data into strategic recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure data quality through validation, troubleshooting, and reconciliation across multiple data sources.

Required Skills:

  • 6–8+ years of experience in digital, marketing, product, or web analytics.
  • Strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including event and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), customer journey analysis, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience implementing, validating, and troubleshooting analytics frameworks while ensuring data quality.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and product KPIs, attribution, user behavior, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present actionable insights to cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Heap, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or other product analytics platforms.
  • Experience analyzing backend/product event data and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, including cohort analysis, retention analysis, and marketing attribution models.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and CRM or marketing automation tools.
  • Google Analytics or other relevant analytics certifications.
