Data Analytics Trainer

Position: AI Data Analytics Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery:
  Conduct classroom and/or online sessions on Data Analytics modules, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, and basic Python (if applicable).

• Curriculum Implementation:
  Deliver training as per the prescribed curriculum, ensuring timely completion of modules and alignment with industry standards.

• Student Assessment & Evaluation:
  Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and mock tests to evaluate student progress and learning outcomes.

• Hands-on Learning:
  Facilitate practical sessions, case studies, and real-world projects to enhance applied learning.

• Student Mentorship & Support:
  Provide individual support to students for doubt resolution, career guidance, and interview preparation.

• Attendance & Batch Management:
  Monitor student attendance, ensure discipline, and maintain batch performance records.

• Placement Readiness:
  Prepare students for placements through resume building, mock interviews, and soft skills integration.

• Coordination & Reporting:
  Maintain training records, submit MIS reports, and coordinate with centre managers and placement teams.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or related field
  

• Strong knowledge of:
  

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Dashboards)
  

• SQL (basic to intermediate queries)
  

• Power BI / Tableau
  

• Basic Python (preferred but not mandatory)
  

• Good understanding of data analysis concepts and visualization
  

• Strong communication and presentation skills
  

• Ability to engage and manage the classroom effectively
