What you will do…
Key Responsibilities
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries against the Snowflake data warehouse.
- Build and maintain curated datasets, views, and reporting tables to support business reporting, analytics and list generation.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define data solutions
- Build trusted, scalable data sources and products that give the business reliable, actionable insights and accurate lists for user acquisition and lifecycle messaging
- Manage, maintain, and enhance analytics, BI dashboards and data visualizations used across the organization.
- Lead the development of self-serve tools that enable analytics to scale across the company
- Implement dashboard changes, updates, new metrics, filters, and views based on business needs.
- Validate accuracy of data pulls, reports and dashboards by reviewing data logic, source tables, joins, calculations, and definitions.
- Present recommendations and reporting results to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Support ad hoc data requests from various internal teams.
- Support data quality checks, reconciliation, and validation across list generation and reporting workflows. Monitor and maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency across different environments.
- Be a cross-functional champion and collaborate closely with Engineering, User Lifecycle and Growth, Data Scientists, BI and other teams to understand data sources, business rules, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain documentation for key dashboards, metrics, assumptions, report logic, and data definitions.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve recurring reporting and data request processes.
- Prepare, validate, and deliver data extracts, Excel-based reports, and lists for business stakeholders.
- Use automation where appropriate to improve recurring reports, QA checks, and data delivery workflows.
What you need…
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics engineering, business intelligence, reporting, data engineering, or database development.
- Strong hands-on SQL experience, including complex joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
- Experience working with Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse.
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data validation, and working with large CSV/data extracts.
- Experience with BI/dashboarding tools; Sigma Computing experience is a plus.
- Experience supporting business teams with ad hoc reporting, data pulls, dashboards, and operational analytics.
- Ability to validate data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting discrepancies, and explain data logic to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Python experience for data extraction, automation, QA, or reporting workflows is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when working with legal, compliance, financial, or executive-level reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Salary Range: $130K to $165K (Based on experience) plus Bonus
