Data and Digital Manager - Part Time
Salary: $150k - $160k + Super

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Data & Digital Manager to step into a high-impact role offering autonomy, variety and genuine influence at a senior level. Reporting to the CEO, this individual contributor role blends strategic oversight with hands on delivery—owning key initiatives, managing external technology partners, strengthening governance and cybersecurity, and ensuring systems and data deliver real value across the organisation and industry.
Key responsibilities will include:
Lead and deliver data and digital initiatives end-to-end
Manage external ICT vendors, contractors and service providers
Own reporting and insights (including Power BI dashboards)
Oversee data governance, cybersecurity and system integrity
Improve systems, integrations, data flows and usability
Liaise with outsourced IT team
Advise the CEO and leadership team on priorities, investment and risk
Support and enable effective use of data across the organisation
Ensure systems are stable, secure and continuously improving
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification
Hands-on experience with Power BI
Experience with AWS would be highly desirable
Experience delivering digital, data or technology programs end-to-end
Strong vendor and stakeholder management capability
Ability to translate technical detail into practical business outcomes
Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment
Background in agriculture or industry bodies is advantageous but not essential
