Working closely with the Chief Impact Officer and program leadership, this role ensures that program data systems, collection processes, reporting practices, compliance documentation, and quality assurance activities support accurate decision-making, funder reporting, program fidelity, and continuous improvement. The Manager plays a critical role in strengthening the organization’s capacity to monitor outcomes, identify trends, improve service delivery, and demonstrate impact across youth, family, and community programs.

Who we are:

Our focus is on empowering youth to achieve their full potential through various educational programs, including the arts.

What you would do:

· Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of program data systems, tools, and workflows to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely data collection and reporting across the Program Department.

· Supervise, train, and support data entry staff and program teams to ensure compliance with data management protocols, documentation standards, reporting deadlines, and quality assurance procedures.

· Conduct routine data audits, quality checks, and program reviews to identify discrepancies, documentation gaps, compliance risks, and opportunities for improvement.

· Prepare and analyze dashboards, performance reports, and data trends to monitor enrollment, attendance, service delivery, participant outcomes, and program effectiveness, supporting leadership decisions and funder reporting.

· Collaborate with program leadership and site-based teams to evaluate performance, monitor progress toward program goals, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven corrective actions.

· Oversee program quality assurance and compliance monitoring by reviewing program records, service documentation, and performance indicators, while supporting preparation for funder monitoring visits, audits, and external evaluations.
