Data Annotation Analyst
Role Overview
Seeking detail-oriented specialists to support data annotation for a global technology platform. The role involves reviewing, labeling, and classifying datasets to support AI/ML models, abuse detection, and operational intelligence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, classify, and annotate data as per defined policies and quality standards
- Support spam, phishing, and mail abuse detection initiatives
- Work across multiple tools, dashboards, and workflows simultaneously
- Identify anomalies, edge cases, and escalate trends where required
- Maintain accuracy, productivity, and SLA targets in a 24x7 environment
- 1+ year experience in Data Annotation/Data Labeling/Trust & Safety operations
- Experience working in a 24x7, multi-vendor environment is essential
- Strong eye for detail and ability to comprehend detailed instructions
- Comfortable working across multiple tools and systems
- Strong analytical thinking and pattern recognition skills
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts as required
- Must have PDP score of Exceeds Expectations or Outstanding Tenure of at least 18 months
- No Active DA Interested candidates
- Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig
