Description:

Role overview: Role will oversee the full implementation of the Orgvue platform (https://www.orgvue.com/) across the lifecycle of the Transformation programme in NHSE and DHSC.
Required Skills:
Qualifications/ Experience:
Experience in organisational design, transformation, or strategic planning
Demonstrated experience in leading technology-driven change or large-scale system implementations.
Understanding of data-driven organisational modelling, analytics, and scenario planning.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience of managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident in the use of IT systems in particular Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
