Data Architecture Lead | Enterprise Architecture

We're looking for an experienced Data Architect / Enterprise Architect to lead the development of enterprise data architecture capability within a large, complex utilities organisation.

This is a strategic, delivery-focused engagement responsible for establishing current and future state architecture, defining standards and creating reusable frameworks that support long-term technology transformation.

The Role

• Define current and target state enterprise data architecture.
• Develop data architecture strategies, standards and reusable patterns.
• Establish governance across SAP, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure and related data platforms.
• Develop architectural approaches for data integration, master data management and analytics.
• Build and populate the enterprise architecture repository.
• Establish preapproved architecture patterns to accelerate future project delivery.
• Uplift internal architecture capability through collaboration and knowledge transfer.

About You

• Extensive experience as a Data Architect, Enterprise Architect or Domain Architect.
• Strong understanding of SAP data architecture and modern cloud data platforms, ideally Azure and Snowflake.
• Experience establishing enterprise architecture standards, governance and target state roadmaps.
• Proven ability to develop reusable architecture patterns and frameworks.
• Comfortable operating independently, influencing stakeholders and delivering defined outcomes.
