Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust data solutions for a premier Asset Management client. This is a critical role requiring a deep understanding of financial data structures, modern cloud warehousing, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable architectural blueprints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Design: Lead the design of end-to-end data architectures using Snowflake, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

  • Domain Alignment: Design schemas and data models that support complex financial reporting, risk management, and investment operations.

  • Strategy & Governance: Define data standards, master data management strategies, and best practices for data integration (ETL/ELT).

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that align with their long-term digital transformation goals.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Snowflake Expertise: Proven track record of architecting and deploying Snowflake environments (Snowpipe, Tasks, Streams, Secure Data Sharing).

  • Domain Knowledge: Significant experience within Asset Management or broader Financial Services is essential. You must understand the "language" of the industry.

  • Technical Stack: Strong experience with data modelling tools, SQL, and modern integration platforms.

  • Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive-level business stakeholders.
