Comp - 150-165K+bonus and benefits

We are seeking a hands-on Data Architect to modernize and evolve a growing data environment. This is a 50/50 architecture and execution role where you will reduce backlog, improve data usability, and strengthen the foundation for advanced reporting, modeling, and future predictive/AI-enabled use cases.
Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Analytics Engineering
• Hands-on SQL and Python experience (actively coding)
• Strong experience with AWS-based data environments
• Deep experience with Airflow and DAG or similar orchestration tools
• Proven experience modernizing and evolving existing systems
• Hands-on experience building or improving data models (dimensional or analytical)
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on architecture + execution role
• Extensive experience enabling/supporting AI/ML or predictive analytics use cases in production
• Strong understanding of structuring data for advanced analytics, forecasting, and threshold-based decisioning
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Data Science teams
