《Job Description》
We are seeking a Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of our data architecture while supporting our data governance initiatives. This role is crucial in establishing a robust data environment that ensures data quality, consistency, and security to meet strategic business objectives.

《Roles and Responsibilities》
1. Design and lead the implementation of enterprise-wide data architectures, including data marts and data management systems.
2. Develop and enforce data governance frameworks to enhance data quality and protect sensitive data, in line with organizational policies and standards.
3. Serve as the primary architect in data-related projects, ensuring that technical solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
4. Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and functional areas to facilitate clear communication and alignment on data management and protection strategies. 5. Coordinate the integration of external data sources, optimizing costs and reducing redundancy.
6. Oversee the creation and maintenance of data governance tools and platforms.
7. Engage in dispute resolution, providing expert advice and practical solutions during meetings with business and IT stakeholders.

《Qualifications》
1. 5+ years of experience in a significant role as a Data Architect within a major services organization, with a strong background in data platform & governance.
2. Proven track record in data mart implementation, data quality enhancement projects, and system architecture design.
3. Extensive experience participating in and leading cross-domain projects.
4. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Management, or a related field.
