Data & BI Project Manager

About the role

At Nunsys Group, we are looking to hire a Project Director to lead Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, AI, and data platform integration projects, working with clients throughout Spain and distributed technical teams.

What you'll do

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects.
• Manage scope, costs, deadlines, risks, and project quality.
• Perform budget monitoring and deviation control.
• Coordinate internal resources and geographically distributed teams.
• Organize follow-up meetings and project committees.
• Identify risks and define mitigation plans proactively.
• Ensure compliance with commitments made to the client.
• Work in a coordinated manner with architects and technical leads.
• Drive continuous improvement and the application of lessons learned.

THE PROJECT

We are looking for a profile with a clear orientation toward project management, to join and lead closed-scope initiatives related to:

• Business Intelligence (BI).
• Data Warehouse.
• Integration of data environments with corporate applications.
• Analytical and reporting platforms.
• Data governance and integration projects.
• Applied AI projects.

You will work simultaneously on several projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and acting as the main management figure facing the client.

Each project will also have a technical/architecture lead, responsible for the technical leadership of the solution. Both profiles will co-manage the initiative, combining functional vision, project control, and technical excellence.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Experience managing technological projects.
• Solid knowledge in scope management, planning, budgets, and economic monitoring.
• Experience in milestone, risk, and deviation control, as well as reporting.
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Experience in consulting and professional services environments.
• Communication and client management skills.
• Leadership capacity in collaborative environments and remote teams.

We will especially value profiles that, without needing to be specialist technicians, understand the context of projects related to data, analytics, and AI.

ESPECIALLY VALUED

• Experience in Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse projects.
• Knowledge of traditional, agile, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certifications.
• Experience in project management for corporate clients on a national scale.
• General knowledge of data architectures, application integration, and analytical platforms.

Contract type: initial hiring via temporary contract until June, with possibilities of continuity and stable incorporation depending on performance and project evolution.
