Data Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure delivery of high-quality IT solutions

• Support the design of advanced solutions around data and analytics

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand expected outcomes and gather business requirements

• Manage delivery dependencies across teams and organizational units

• Work in an Agile environment as part of a cross-functional delivery team

• Apply a solution-oriented and analytical approach to tasks

• Handle complex end-to-end solutions and processes

• Quickly understand new technologies at a high level and ask the right questions

• Communicate effectively and collaborate with business users

Requirements:

• Strong SQL skills, including reading and writing code

• Extensive experience in data analysis, data hygienez, data quality and solution design

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience

• Experience working with complex requirements

• Knowledge of Hive

• Familiarity with basic concepts of machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and big data

• Good communication skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Python coding skills

• Knowledge of Spark
