About the role
We are seeking a Data Center After-sales Engineer to join our technical support team at our facility in Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our data centre infrastructure and customer satisfaction. As a Data Center After-sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for data centre equipment and systems. This role is essential to ensuring optimal performance of our installations and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full after-sales service process for data center cooling equipment.
- Support installation, commissioning, acceptance, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Respond quickly to onsite issues and coordinate internal resources for major technical problems.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans and service/failure analysis reports.
- Provide after-sales technical training to customers and partners.
Requirements
- Degree/diploma in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical or Engineering.
- 3+ years of HVACor large-equipment service experience.
- Chiller/data center/critical infrastructure experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to travel/respond to emergencies
