Data Center Critical Operations Lead

STACK Infrastructure seeks a seasoned Critical Operations Manager to oversee data center maintenance and operations in Italy. You will lead the Critical Operations team, ensuring safety, reliability, and high-quality service delivery while coordinating with customers and suppliers.

Lead critical operations activities for the Data Center, ensuring safe and continuous operations and high-quality service delivery. Lead and manage the Critical Operations team. Monitor site operations through BMS and PMS platforms. Manage routine activities on electrical and mechanical equipment. Ensure timely and effective responses to customer and user needs. Prepare and maintain operational documentation, including RCA, SOP, MOP, EOP, and reports. At least 5 years of experience in maintenance activities within an industrial environment. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and the correct use of PPE. Good interpersonal and team management skills. Fluency in Italian and good command of written and spoken English.
