Key Responsibilities

Provide hands & feet support for Data Center operations, particularly for: Network switch maintenance DIMM and SSD replacement in network switches Perform hardware-level support, including: Opening network switches and safely handling internal components Replacing DIMM and SSD modules as per standard procedures Carry out patch cabling activities, ensuring proper connectivity and labeling Assist in racking and stacking of rack-mounted devices and network gear Maintain cable dressing standards for all new and existing installations Follow ticketing processes and coordinate with remote engineering teams during interventions

Technical Skills Required :Strong knowledge of Data Center infrastructure, especially network hardwar eHands-on experience with: Opening and servicing network switche sReplacing DIMM and SSD module sPatch cabling, LAN port testing, labelin gRacking and stacking servers, switches, and other device sCable management and cable dressin gBasic understanding of network topologies and switch layout
