Data Center Fiber Engineer - Lead, Install & Test

Salt is seeking a Fiber Engineer (Data Center) in Johor Bahru for a 12-month renewable contract to support AI-powered data migration and modernization projects. You will install and route fiber trunks, perform terminations/splicing, and lead junior installers while ensuring safety and quality in a fast-growing tech environment.

The role requires hands-on fiber expertise, familiarity with SM/MM, MPO/MTP and LC connectivity, and knowledge of BICSI/ANSI-TIA practices.
