IC post Si activities coordination
1) Project post tape out schedule and production cost management
2) Change management and execution
3) NPI schedule control (ATE, SLT, qual) and tracking
4) Production capacity and test program readiness
5) MP schedule control and yield tracking

Requirements

1. Highly motivated, proven experience in cross-functional collaboration
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Experience managing and driving high-performing teams
5. 6+ years of experience in semiconductor, especially for advanced wafer fabrication or package
Education: Master's Degree
