Data Center IT Technician
Summary
On-site data center (IDC) technician working 7*24 or 5*8 shifts supporting Alibaba Cloud requirements: responding to incidents, executing work orders per SLA, running inspections, handling emergencies per EOP, and installing and maintaining switches, servers, and cabling.

According to Alibaba Cloud's requirements, perform 7*24 or 5 *8-hour IDC data center duty. According to the service SLA requirements, respond to events and execute work orders, including temporary work.

Respond to events and execute work orders, including temporary work, according to service SLA requirements
Discover and identify risks through inspections using IDC data center environment and monitoring system
Quickly and accurately handle emergency events according to EOP process
Complete event data recording and preliminary event report output
Proficiently use work order system and SOP standard operating procedures
Independently complete all work orders, ensuring zero errors and SLA compliance rate
Complete engineering survey, on-site work, sporadic construction, and problem feedback as required
Perform installation, shelving, deployment, and maintenance of IDC data center switches, servers, cables and other equipment
About you
Familiar with IDC data center environment and monitoring system
Familiar with IDC data center switches, servers, cables and other different types of equipment
Familiar with work order system and SOP standard operating procedures
Basic knowledge of IT equipment
Clear and logical expression with polite listening skills
Team spirit with mutual support and assistance
Self-discipline and self-management ability
Local language + English, or Local language + Chinese proficiency
