Data Center Operater
Summary
Monitor and maintain data-center infrastructure 24/7, handling alerts, batch jobs, and on-site support to keep systems running smoothly.
These ITOs provide 24x7x365 support to data centers located in Kallang and AMK. The work scope includes (not exhaustive):
- Monitor and respond to alerts from Automic, SFX, emails, ITOM, CCTV, BMS and Net backup with proper ticketing and Level 1 support
- Monitor and control the execution of batch jobs so that they can complete within the critical batch window and not affect online performance
- Provides smart hands for round the clock critical data center support
- Ensure safety and security of the data centres
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
