Data Center Operations Engineer - Critical Facilities & 24/7 Uptime

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a proactive professional to support mission-critical data center infrastructure, including power systems, cooling systems, UPS, BMS and EDS across 24/7 operations.

You will triage incidents, handle calls and tickets, generate customer updates, and coordinate with Tier II/III teams to isolate faults while maintaining thorough documentation and adherence to SLA commitments.
