Data Center Operations Support (North East / Shift up to 8PM)
Salary: $5,000 – $7,000 per month
Key responsibilities
Monitor and maintain critical data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, and fire suppression systems
Perform environmental monitoring checks (temperature, humidity, and water leakage)
Support facility maintenance, equipment installation, and cable management activities
Manage physical security operations, including access control, CCTV monitoring, and visitor management
Monitor IT systems and perform basic troubleshooting, system administration, and user access management
Support incident response, service requests, backup operations, and disaster recovery activities
Maintain accurate documentation, asset records, operational logs, and reports
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About you
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in Data Centre Operations, IT Operations, or Facilities Management
Understanding of critical infrastructure systems, IT operations, and security controls
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work in a shift-based environment and respond to operational incidents when required
ITIL Foundation (preferred)
Data Centre Operations Certification (preferred)
Basic IT Infrastructure Certifications (preferred)
Security Awareness Certification (preferred)
