Summary
Runs physical site security, fire protection and emergency response for ZTE's data center/project sites across Indonesia — managing on-site security personnel, handling incidents and coordinating across functions. Needs 5+ years in security/safety/EHS management and Indonesian plus English or Chinese.
- Establish and maintain high-standard site security, safety and emergency-response management.
- Manage security personnel assigned to the site and coordinate daily security activities.
- Handle emergency response, incident management and security-related risks.
- Coordinate across functions to ensure information sharing, resource alignment and effective project execution.
- Develop execution plans, allocate manpower/resources, monitor targets and evaluate results.
- Support security, fire protection and safety management for Data Center/project sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, Environmental Engineering, EHS, Engineering Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant security, fire protection, safety or EHS management experience. Candidates with 3+ years of strong relevant experience may also be considered.
- Data Center, mission-critical facility, industrial or large construction project experience is preferred.
- Strong emergency response, incident management and stakeholder coordination capability.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Able to communicate in Indonesian and English OR Indonesian and Chinese.
- Willing to travel and work on-site across Indonesia when required.
