Data Center Server Repair Engineer (ENGLISH - INDONESIA SPEAKING)

Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair server hardware (CPU, memory, storage, power supply, cabling)
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure optimal server performance
Replace faulty components and coordinate with vendors for warranty or spare parts
Document repair activities, asset tracking, and update maintenance logs
Collaborate with network and system teams to minimize downtime during repairs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and data center operational procedures
Support audits and inspections related to server infrastructure
Provide technical reports and recommendations for improving server reliability
Prepare operational reports for management
Ensure server availability, security, and performance according to SLA
Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information System or related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in server/data center management
Proficiency in server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux/Unix)
Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLAN, Subnetting, Fiber Optics, UTP)
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms is a plus
Knowledge of storage, backup, and disaster recovery concepts
IT certifications (CompTIA Server+, Microsoft, VMware, or equivalent) are preferred
Strong communication skills, ability to work in multinational teams
Handle on-call emergencies during critical downtime events, willing to work overtime
Detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines
Salary range above is for reference only, final amount will be based on actual background and previous work experiences.
