Data Center Site Lead & Engineer

NRC Group is seeking a Site Manager/Engineer for the Kouvola data center project, based on site with travel to contract sites as needed. You will act as the right hand of the site manager, handling subcontract management and quality handover work, planning and implementing projects, and coordinating site activities.

The role requires experience in earthworks, infrastructure or building construction, and fluency in Finnish and English.
