We are seeking motivated and technically minded professionals to join a growing Data Center Operations team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in computer hardware, networking, Linux systems, or technical support who are looking to gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level infrastructure.
As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting critical server and network hardware while supporting one of the largest and most advanced data center environments in the industry.
What You'll Do
Troubleshoot server and network hardware issues
Perform hardware replacements and repairs
Diagnose infrastructure problems through root cause analysis
Support rack-and-stack activities and equipment installations
Work with Linux command-line tools and diagnostics
Maintain and support network devices and connectivity
Document troubleshooting activities and resolutions
Assist with infrastructure upgrades and maintenance projects
Follow operational and safety procedures within the data center environment
Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and operations teams to maintain uptime and reliability
Required Qualifications
✅ 1+ year of Computer Hardware experience
✅ 1+ year of Computer Networking experience
✅ 1+ year of Linux Operating System experience
✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Week 1: 3 Days On
Week 2: 4 Days On
Front or Back-Half Days or Niights
Typically scheduled:
Sunday through Wednesday OR
Wednesday through Saturday

Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
Lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
Work in elevated locations when required
Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
Work safely around server and network equipment
Perform physical tasks within an active data center environment
Work Environment

Hands-on technical role supporting critical infrastructure
Exposure to enterprise server and network technologies
Seasonal hot and cold temperature fluctuations
Active role requiring movement throughout the facility

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.63 - $22.63/hr.
