Data Centre Field Engineer - 24/7 Rotating East/West Shifts

RiDiK (a Subsidiary of CLPS. Nasdaq: CLPS) here in Singapore seeks a data centre operations professional to support mission-critical facilities and remote buildings.

The role features a 12-hour rotating shift and monthly rotation between East and West data centres to ensure continuous operations. You will perform day-to-day data centre tasks, escalate incidents per ITIL procedures, generate routine management reports, and coordinate with data centre vendors.
