The Company
Our client is delivering a large-scale hyperscale Data Centre program and is seeking experienced leaders to support a significant phase of project growth. With multiple positions available, this is an opportunity to join a high-performing team responsible for delivering complex, mission-critical infrastructure that will support future digital growth across Australia.
The Roles
As a result of continued project expansion, our client is recruiting for six leadership positions across two critical functions within the program. These roles will play a pivotal part in ensuring successful project delivery, operational readiness and long-term infrastructure performance.
Data Centre Manager
The Data Centre Manager will act as the client's senior site representative, providing leadership across project delivery, stakeholder coordination, milestone readiness, quality oversight and operational handover within a major hyperscale Data Centre environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day project delivery activities across multiple stakeholders and delivery partners
- Monitor project progress, milestone readiness and critical dependencies
- Coordinate activities across engineering, commissioning, operations and project teams
- Manage risks, actions and issue resolution throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Validate readiness for testing, commissioning and operational handover
- Provide project reporting, governance support and executive stakeholder communications
MEP Systems Integration Manager
The MEP Systems Integration Manager will provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical and associated infrastructure systems, ensuring successful integration, energisation, commissioning readiness and system turnover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP systems integration and commissioning readiness activities
- Monitor installation quality against specifications and design requirements
- Coordinate technical interfaces across electrical, mechanical and control systems
- Review commissioning documentation and system completion status
- Identify and resolve technical dependencies impacting project milestones
- Support successful system turnover and operational readiness
What Our Client Requires
Essential
- 8+ years' experience in Data Centre delivery, engineering, commissioning, project management or systems integration
- Experience delivering large-scale or hyperscale Data Centre projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement, leadership and communication capability
- Knowledge of Australian WHS requirements and safety practices
- White Card
- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply
Highly Regarded
- Engineering, Building Services or Project Management qualification
- Certificate IV WHS or equivalent
- Experience managing energisation, commissioning and operational handovers
- Experience working across complex client, consultant and contractor environments
- Exposure to mission-critical infrastructure environments
