Working Arrangement

  • This role requires working 12-hour rotating shifts.
  • The successful candidate will support data centre operations and secure computer rooms across multiple locations in Singapore.
  • The role involves monthly rotation between East and West data centre locations.

  • Support operations within data centres and secure computer rooms.
  • Ensure all operational procedures and security protocols are strictly followed.
  • Monitor, escalate, and track incidents in accordance with established incident management procedures.
  • Prepare operational reports for management.
  • Support additional operational duties as assigned.
  • Provide operational coverage when required.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Experience in data centre operations or computer room operations.
  • Familiarity with data centre operational procedures and facilities management.
  • Experience working in mission-critical or highly regulated environments will be an advantage.
  • Strong incident management and operational support skills.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
  • Ability to travel between operational sites within Singapore.
  • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
