Working Arrangement

- The successful candidate will support data centre operations and secure computer rooms across multiple locations in Singapore.
- The role involves monthly rotation between East and West data centre locations.

- Support operations within data centres and secure computer rooms.
- Ensure all operational procedures and security protocols are strictly followed.
- Monitor, escalate, and track incidents in accordance with established incident management procedures.
- Prepare operational reports for management.
- Support additional operational duties as assigned.
- Provide operational coverage when required.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Experience in data centre operations or computer room operations.
- Familiarity with data centre operational procedures and facilities management.
- Experience working in mission-critical or highly regulated environments will be an advantage.
- Strong incident management and operational support skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Ability to travel between operational sites within Singapore.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
