What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Experience in planning and scheduling large-scale construction projects
  • Data Centre project exposure highly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and project controls
  • Ability to develop, monitor, and update project schedules
  • Experience working with contractors, consultants, and clients
  • Knowledge of critical path analysis and progress reporting
  • Mitigation: Conduct delay analyses and establish recovery strategies.
  • Tracking: Monitor critical path milestones, site progress, and equipment vendor lead times.
  • Scheduling: Build and update integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

What You'll Bring

  • Proficiency in project software, contract management, and understanding of mechanical/electrical (MEP) workflows.
  • Degree in engineering or construction management.
  • Background in mission-critical or large-scale technical construction.
