Neuron Solutions Sdn. Bhd. – Johor Bahru, Johor

  • Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering data centre construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, milestones, and report project updates, risks, and issues.
  • Coordinate design drawings, technical documents, and project deliverables with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, mechanical, and critical facility systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning activities, and project handovers.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical and project-related issues.
  • Support procurement activities, including technical evaluations, material approvals, and change requests.
  • Maintain project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, NCRs, inspection records, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate tenant fit-out activities, infrastructure readiness, and project handovers.
  • Support structured cabling, cross-connect implementation, and infrastructure provisioning.
  • Work closely with IT, Facilities, and Security teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 1–5 years of experience in data centre, industrial, construction, or mission‑critical infrastructure projects.
  • Good understanding of M&E systems, power distribution, cooling systems, and commissioning processes.
  • Familiarity with data centre standards such as Uptime Institute Tier, TIA‑942, ASHRAE, or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and multiple project stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, or BIM software is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
  • Professional membership with BEM, IEM, MBOT, or PMI is an advantage.
