Data Conversion Lead - Payroll & Time Management (h/f)
About the Project
Our organization is undertaking a major HR and Payroll transformation initiative in Morocco. We currently operate through multiple legal entities using different Payroll and HR systems and are looking to standardize these processes onto a single cloud-based Payroll platform.
As part of this transformation, an experienced Payroll professional is required to support the implementation and ensure a smooth transition between the existing and future operating models.
Location: Tangier, Morocco (Hybrid)
Project Overview
The Data Conversion Lead will be responsible for the migration of Payroll and Time & Attendance data from the legacy systems into the new cloud Payroll platform.
Main Responsibilities
Analyse legacy Payroll data.
Perform data extraction.
Data cleansing.
Data mapping.
Data transformation.
Data validation.
Coordinate migration activities with the implementation partner.
Ensure data quality.
Support reconciliation after migration.
Support Go-Live.
Key Requirements
Experience with Payroll data migrations.
Strong data analysis skills.
Experience with ETL or data migration activities.
Experience with HRIS or Payroll solutions.
SQL knowledge.
Excel proficiency.
Fluent in French and English.
Nice to Have
SAP Payroll.
Sage Payroll.
Familiarity with data migration tools.
Experience in HR transformation programmes.
Other Details
This role is critical to ensuring the successful migration to the new Payroll platform and will require strong collaboration with various stakeholders across the project.
