Whitehall Resources are looking for a Data Corporate Real Estate Solution Consultant. This role is fully remote working for an initial 3-4 month contract.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Implementation Consultant to support a specialist project involving the implementation of Tango Analytics, a Corporate Real Estate platform used to manage real estate portfolios, leases, and lease-related clauses.
This is a critical project where the successful consultant will take ownership of the data migration, project execution, and overall delivery, ensuring the successful adoption of the new solution within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Tango Analytics.
• Manage and execute the migration of real estate and lease data into the new platform.
• Validate, cleanse, and structure data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support testing, user acceptance activities, and go-live readiness.
• Provide guidance and best practice recommendations throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Experience

• Proven experience implementing software solutions within the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) sector.
• Strong understanding of real estate portfolio management, lease administration, and property-related data structures.
• Demonstrable experience leading or supporting data migration activities for enterprise software implementations.
• Ability to manage project delivery in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
