Data Delivery Manager

We're seeking a Data Delivery Manager with strong skills in overseeing data delivery initiatives.

This position allows you to apply your data management and strategic planning knowledge to solve complex data problems. You'll play a key role in building a data-driven Finance organization while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to establish project scope and deliverables
• Maintain clear communication and stakeholder alignment across the project lifecycle
• Resolve roadblocks independently through stakeholder engagement
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects while ensuring on-time delivery
• Establish and maintain project scope and develop a clear roadmap
• Produce Business Requirement Documents, high-level solution designs, and test plans
• Guide projects from initiation through completion in alignment with Finance Data and Analytics objectives
• Build and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and address risks
• Partner with data and Business Intelligence teams to drive data and reporting solution development
• Track project outcomes and evaluate success using user feedback and metrics
• Deploy Analytics and Reporting solutions, including Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
• Construct Business Intelligence solutions using SQL or comparable query languages
• Present business data visually through wireframes, dashboards, or reporting tools
• Review database tables to assess data state and validate business scenarios
• Offer direction to developers regarding code and design
• Conduct basic coding-related troubleshooting

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience managing data delivery
• Demonstrated experience in project and stakeholder management
• A background in strategic planning and business analysis
• Strong skills in Data Analysis and SQL
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Data Integration
• Skilled in creating Business Requirement Documents and test plans
• Solid understanding of reporting systems and Business Intelligence solutions
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suites
• Skilled in visualizing data using various reporting tools
• Fluent in English
