The Role and Deliverables

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic data and AI programmes.
• Establish and improve governance, delivery processes and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Data Platform and Product.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
• Support data warehousing, demographic data and vendor onboarding initiatives.
• Drive AI-focused projects including conversational analytics, semantic modelling and enterprise AI adoption.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience delivering complex data, analytics or technology transformation programmes.
• Proven stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and delivery assurance.
• Experience delivering projects involving data engineering, analytics platforms or data warehousing.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning or enterprise AI initiatives is advantageous.
• Vendor and supplier management experience.
• Experience within media, publishing, digital content, subscription-based businesses or similar consumer-focused organisations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project and modern data platforms is beneficial.
