Data-Driven Industrial Engineer, Semiconductor Test Ops

Renesas is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support productivity and continuous improvement across our Penang semiconductor backend test operations. The role focuses on data collection, performance analysis, and initiatives to improve efficiency on the test floors.

You will collect and analyze test output vs entitlement, support root-cause analysis, and help standardize practices across sites with benchmarking and KPI alignment.
