Data Engineer / 1+ years of experience / Hybrid / Mid shift

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Holder




• Must have 2+ years of related experience in Data Engineering




• Must have 1+ years of hands-on experience or Training experience in either Databricks, Snowflake or Informatica




• Training/Certifications can be considered




• Must be open working in BGC Taguig, Hybrid 2-3x a week onsite and Mid shift schedule




• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP




• Skilled in designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful client connections and deepen technical expertise in a managed services environment




• Anticipate stakeholder needs and respond effectively to diverse requirements




• Apply critical thinking to solve complex data integration challenges




• Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations aligned with business objectives

• Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines




• Develop mappings, workflows, and session configurations for data integration




• Implement incremental and CDC-based data processing patterns




• Optimize ETL performance, troubleshoot issues, and support production monitoring




• Integrate Databricks, Snowflake or Informaticawith cloud storage and data warehouses
