At the AI & Data practice, we work locally and globally with over 200 Poland‑based specialists. Our expertise spans data architecture and sectoral specialization. We collaborate with tech partners like Microsoft, AWS, Google, Oracle, and Snowflake to implement cutting‑edge solutions. We provide comprehensive support from strategy definition to solution implementation and development, covering all aspects of Data & Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using data from APIs, databases, event streams, and third‑party systems.
- Develop and maintain orchestration workflows in Apache Airflow with monitoring, observability, retries, and alerting.
- Build and optimize data models in Snowflake and Databricks that power analytics, reporting, and AI applications.
- Improve data quality through validation, testing, monitoring, and lineage.
- Investigate production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement long‑term fixes.
- Collaborate with analytics engineers, data scientists, product teams, and software engineers.
- Contribute to engineering standards (testing, Git workflows, CI/CD, documentation, code reviews).
- Leverage AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor) to accelerate development while maintaining quality.
Work Environment
The work location may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office, depending on project circumstances. We support flexible work arrangements to accommodate your work/life needs.

Qualifications
- Strong SQL skills (complex queries, CTEs, window functions, performance optimization).
- Experience with Python for data engineering and automation.
- Experience with modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse).
- Experience building pipelines using Apache Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
- Experience operating production data systems with focus on reliability and maintainability.
- Experience using Git and collaborative software engineering practices.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in fast‑changing environments.
- Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience using AI coding assistants and ability to critically review generated code.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or Delta Lake.
- Familiarity with DBT, Kafka, Kinesis, or other streaming technologies.
- Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience building AI or ML data pipelines.
